Job summary
Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, and direct resident care with outcomes monitoring. The night shift is 11pm–7am. Qualifications
- Current LPN license is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
- Administer medications, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Educate residents and families.
- Communicate with physicians and other health professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.
