Job summary

Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing in Lebanon, Ohio is seeking an experienced LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team for night shift coverage. You will deliver safe, therapeutic care from admission to discharge in collaboration with physicians, families and the multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, supervision of Nursing Assistants, and monitoring patient status with physician notification of changes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to residents per the resident plan of care, including medications, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervises day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitors patient condition and notifies physician of any changes.
