Mt Holly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and PRN positions. Shift options include Full-Time 7P-7A and Per-Diem 7A-7P, 7P-7A with same day pay and a competitive hourly range.

The role focuses on compassionate, resident-centered nursing care with a strong emphasis on teamwork, documentation, and adherence to clinical standards. New Jersey LPN licensure and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per licensed plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow individualized care plans with Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and treatments per POC and facility policy.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, therapeutic environment for residents and families.
