Under RN supervision, you will administer medications, monitor patient care, participate in treatment planning, and document nursing encounters. A valid LPN license in the state and CPR certification are required, with at least one year of clinic

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients and contributes to treatment planning.
• Administers medications, including IV therapy if certified, and performs diagnostic tests.
• Collaborates in controlled substance counts and responds to health emergencies.
• Documents nursing encounters using SOAP charting and communicates with staff.
• Attends mandatory meetings and training sessions.
