Citadel Healthcare Facilities in Sterling, IL is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our second or third shift teams. You will care for residents, assess and implement plans of care, and document responses to care.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and training.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under stress.
• Understanding and adherence to infection control standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Documents nursing notes and reflects residents’ responses to care.
• Monitors vital signs and administers IV therapy within license limits.
• Ensures care plans are implemented and updated as needed.
• Communicates with residents, families, physicians, and staff per policy.
