License, registration and/or certification required: Yes.
Experience with resident care and nursing procedures.

Responsibilities

Provides safe resident care and performs assigned treatments per standards and policies.
Adheres to age-specific care needs and nursing procedures.
Completes routine tasks with minimal supervision.
Communicates resident information and plan of care during shifts.
Administers medications following the five rights and documents them.
Performs treatments using sterile or clean technique.
Delivers external feedings when indicated.
Demonstrates Everett Rehabilitation and Nursing Center values through professional excellence.
Completes activities within scheduled shifts and participates in team emergency responses.
Collaborates with management on resident care issues and solutions.
