The program offers paid training, 1:1 mentorship, flexible shifts including day and overnight, with opportunities to work close to home and provide high-quality home health care.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Indiana (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Support local clients across Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.
• Participate in BAYADA’s Nurse Residency Program with hands-on, paid training and 1:1 mentorship from day one.
• Work close to home with flexible day-time and overnight shifts.
