BAYADA Home Health Care in Indiana is hiring for a New Grad Nurse Residency Program designed to build real skills and confidence for new grad LPNs. The program offers paid training, 1:1 mentorship, and opportunities across Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.
We offer $24–$28/hour, full-time (36+ hours/week), day and overnight shifts, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, PTO, electronic charting, and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus.
