Job summary

Swope Health Services seeks an LPN to join a patient-centered medical team. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and support physicians across several clinics, including pediatrics and family medicine locations.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (no evenings or overnights) with benefits starting the month after hire. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensed to practice in Missouri and/or Kansas.
• Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications and treatments.
• Follow up on abnormal labs/imaging and post-hospitalization.
• Coordinate referrals and pre-visit planning.
• Document care in the EMR and communicate with providers.
