Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Oregon State Hospital Junction City Campus. You will provide nursing care under supervision, administer medications, and help maintain a safe therapeutic milieu for patients.

This is a full-time, on-site role with weekend shifts and a strong focus on crisis management and teamwork. Candidates must hold a valid Oregon Practical Nurse License and have experience in mental health settings.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership capabilities in clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining and providing medical/psychiatric nursing care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications as ordered by the provider.
• Complete focused patient assessments and respond to emergent psychiatric situations.
• Contribute to a safe, secure environment and therapeutic milieu.
• Support shift operations and patient care coordination.
