Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Bellevue, WA facility. The LPN will provide direct patient care under supervision and support the treatment team in a residential setting.

You will perform nursing duties, monitor patients, and participate in care plans while maintaining confidentiality and delivering compassionate, respectful care to patients with eating disorders and related conditions.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state where the job is held.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to keep patient information confidential.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• 1+ years of mental health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care within scope of practice under supervision of an RN, APP, or provider.
• Manages patient assignment within shift.
• Records vital signs, treatments, and nursing care and assists with other tasks.
• Reports abnormal changes to RN or provider promptly.
• Documents orders/communications in a timely manner.
• Administers medications and provides wound care per regulations.
• May assist with patient examinations and treatments as directed.
• Ensures patient safety and contributes to treatment plans.
