Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Denver, CO seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide and coordinate direct patient care within the inpatient setting. The LPN will work under supervision of an RN/APP, contributing to medical management and safety while adapting to a dynamic treatment team environment.

Key responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, and assisting with treatments. Must hold CO LPN license, BLS, and a commitment to confidentiality and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Active LPN license in the state job is held (required).
• BLS certification (required).
• Ability to keep patient information confidential (required).
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (required).

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing care under supervision of RN/APP/provider.
• Monitors vital signs and administers medications.
• Labels, collects, and processes specimens.
• Reports abnormal changes to RN or provider promptly.
• Assists with patient examinations and treatments as directed.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
