Job summary

Wildwood Recovery Center in Clintwood, VA is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide direct nursing support, medication services, and health monitoring for individuals in treatment. You will work under supervision with the interdisciplinary team to promote safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Virginia is required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Experience in substance use or behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client admissions by completing intake screenings, vital signs, and history.
• Monitor changes in health status and report to RN or provider.
• Administer medications per orders and document in MAR.
• Support MAT services, including medication administration and monitoring.
• Maintain nursing documentation, MAR entries, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with treatment team and participate in shift reports and meetings.
