Sunrise Senior Living in the United States is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

You will administer medications, follow the Six Rights, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor residents, report changes, and support care plan updates while upholding compliance and resident safety.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred

Pay Range:

32.45 - 43.30
