Job summary

Dignity Home Care, Inc in Richmond, VA is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

You will follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor symptoms, and report any refusals or adverse reactions promptly while maintaining narcotic counts and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.
