Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin.

• Ability to coordinate daily healthcare operations and support the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily healthcare operations and ensure quality patient care.
• Provide nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical services.
• Support and coordinate healthcare team activities to promote efficient, consistent care.
• Assist with patient care planning, chronic disease management, and follow-up services.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure documentation meets standards.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and facility staff regarding patient needs.
• Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities outside regular hours.
• Promote a professional, patient-centered healthcare environment.
