SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking an LPN Medical Team Administrator to lead a medical team at the Rhea County Jail. The role focuses on leadership, clinical oversight, and hands-on care coordination in a correctional setting.

You will combine bedside nursing expertise with strategic leadership to raise care standards, improve workflows, and ensure timely patient care within the facility's operational constraints.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license and bedside nursing experience.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to lead and set care standards in a jail setting.
