SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking an LPN Medical Team Administrator to lead the medical team at the Rhea County Jail. You’ll set the tone for care delivery and raise the standard through hands-on leadership and strategic oversight.

You will combine clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, driving quality care, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safe, effective health services for detainees.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Tennessee is required.
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to lead a team while maintaining high patient care standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the medical team at the jail facility.
