Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a dedicated LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support for residents, focusing on safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation in a care setting.

You will administer medications per physician orders, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor health changes, and support care plan updates. This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and compassionate resident care with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

• Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions or refusals, and conduct SHUs.

• Protect resident safety through clinical precision and early identification of health changes.

• Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time and support care plan updates.
• Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions or refusals, and conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs).
• Transcribe physician orders and observe changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive health.
• Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Protect resident safety through clinical precision and early identification of health changes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong assessment, documentation, and compliance skills
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
