Key Responsibilities Include

• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Documenting accurately in MAR/TAR in real time
• Monitoring symptoms and administering medications for relief
• Reporting refusals or adverse reactions promptly
• Conducting Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
• Transcribing physician orders and supporting care plan updates
• Observing and reporting physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
• Maintaining medication carts, completing narcotic counts, and ensuring compliance standards

The role requires an active LPN license in good standing, CPR and First Aid certifications, and strong assessment and documentation skills. Experience in senior care or medication administration is preferred.
