Job Description

Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to visit patients in the West Orlando coverage area. Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care and perform skilled technical care in the patient's home, within the scope of practice defined by state law and in accordance with the plan of care.
• Complete and submit a progress note for each visit daily.
• Observe and report the patient's nursing needs, instruct family members on patient care, and maintain a healthy environment for the patient.
• Record and report the patient's response to treatment and any changes in their condition to the supervising nurse or physician.

Education and Experience

License Requirements

• Current LPN licensure in Florida
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
• CPR Certification
