Job Opportunities for Nursing Professionals

Graduate Nurse Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

Experienced LPN Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

PTO Frontload: Up to 40 hours for full-time experienced LPNs

Relocation Assistance: $3,000 for full-time experienced LPNs

Unit Description

3D is a Med-surg Telemetry unit focusing on adult medical patients requiring telemetry monitoring. Join our Innovation Unit (IU), a testing ground for new ideas to address nursing challenges using quick PDSA cycles. All projects align with our four nursing strategies for improvement, helping you develop critical thinking, assessment skills, and clinical expertise.

Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education and successful licensure. Must maintain a current LPN license in the state of employment, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements.
  • Experience: Open to new or experienced LPNs.
  • Certifications:
  • LPN-IV Certification must be completed prior to or within 3 months of hire (range from upon hire to within 1 year).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion within 30 days of hire.
