Job summary

The Avalon of Lewis Center in Lewis Center, OH is seeking a compassionate LPN/Medication Technician for a full-time Day Shift in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current Ohio Medication Aide/Medication Administration certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor residents for changes and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Document medication administration and resident care accurately.
• Assist with resident assessments and care plan updates.
• Support caregivers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents appropriately.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
