Premier Health Partners is seeking an LPN to provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role involves collaborating with the nursing team to deliver care and ensure compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, regulatory standards and facility policies.
The LPN must provide physical, emotional and spiritual support that influences patient outcomes and family care. A valid Ohio LPN license and BLS certification are required, with IV certification preferred.
The Licensed Practical Nurse administers patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse collaborates as a member of the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities and contributes to the implementation of patient care. The LPN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures. The LPN provides physical, emotional and spiritual support that directly/ indirectly impacts patient outcomes and care provided to patients/ families/ significant others.
