Job summary

Premier Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to contribute to patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN will collaborate with the nursing team to implement care plans and ensure compliance with Ohio regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• LPN Diploma Program required.
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Certified to administer medications.
• Preferred: IV Certification.

Job description
