Premier Health is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse in Dayton, Ohio. You will be part of a nursing team, contributing to care plans and patient outcomes.

As an LPN you must hold an active Ohio license, maintain BLS certification, and be able to administer medications. IV certification is preferred to support expanded clinical responsibilities within the unit.

Qualificações

• Active Ohio LPN license required.
• Diploma in Practical Nursing or equivalent required.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Certified to administer medications.
• IV Certification preferred.

The Licensed Practical Nurse administers patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse collaborates as a member of the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities and contributes to the implementation of patient care. The LPN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures. The LPN provides physical, emotional and spiritual support that directly/ indirectly impacts patient outcomes and care provided to patients/ families/ significant others.

Education

• Minimum Level of Education Required: Diploma Program

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
