Job summary

Hickory Grove is seeking compassionate RN/LVN licensed nurses for part-time evening shifts (7PM–11PM). The facility has 124 beds and recently remodeled to support high-quality care. Part-time hours offered 4+ days per week with competitive wages.

Applicants should hold an active LVN/RN license in the practicing state and be BLS/CPR certified or willing to obtain certification. Nursing management experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
• Current LVN/RN license in practicing state.
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

Shift: Part-Time (7PM to 11PM) 4+ days per week

QUALIFICATIONS
