Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to deliver safe, accurate medication administration, monitor residents, and document care per MAR/TAR standards. This role emphasizes precise assessments and timely reporting in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief
• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly
• Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes
• Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards
