Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support, administer medications per physician orders, monitor residents, and maintain accurate MAR/TAR documentation. You’ll follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration and support care plans to ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements include an active LPN license in good standing, CPR and First Aid certification, and experience in senior care or medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.

• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain medication carts and ensure narcotic counts compliance.

You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in good standing
