Job Overview

The LPN Medication Care Manager provides quality care by administering medications and treatments safely, in accordance with laws, regulations, and Sunrise policies, to promote residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following safety protocols and documentation procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and report concerns appropriately.
• Support resident independence and dignity, practicing safety and hygiene standards.
• Participate in team meetings, care planning, and training.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and other regulations, reporting hazards and incidents.
• Contribute to team success and uphold Sunrise Principles of Service.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPN, LVN, or equivalent in your state/province.
• Maintain required certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid).
• At least 18 years old; experience with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication, judgment, and decision-making skills.

Location & Details

Sunrise of Marlboro, 3A South Main Street, Marlboro, NJ. Part-Time position. Salary range: $29.00 - $38.75 per hour. Overtime eligible.
