Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is hiring an LPN Medication Nurse in Bridgewater, NJ to provide licensed nursing support, administer medications, monitor residents, and maintain accurate documentation. You will follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration, transcribe orders, and support care plan updates to ensure resident safety and quality of care.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR/First Aid, and strong assessment skills.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for relief.
• Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly.
• Conduct SHUs and transcribe physician orders.
• Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes.
• Maintain medication carts and uphold narcotic counts and compliance.
