Job summary

Lakewood Retirement Community-LifeSpire is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team. We offer both full-time and part-time hours in a faith-based, supportive environment with a focus on empowering residents to live purposefully.

Your role includes resident assessment, care, treatment, and evaluation within a collaborative, compassionate team that values growth and work/life balance. A Virginia LPN license is required, with 1–3 years’ nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN).
• Currently licensed as an LPN, in good standing with the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• 1–3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living and geriatric care is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent customer service.
