Southern Health Partners Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Cherokee County Detention Center in Gaffney, SC. The role is full-time, day shift, with a rotating schedule and every-other-weekend rotation. A sign-on and retention bonus is available to qualified candidates.

You will join a collaborative healthcare team delivering quality care in a safe environment and be responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, documentation, and health education.

Formación

• Current LPN license in South Carolina.
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments and administer treatments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing assessments and intake screenings.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, and correctional staff.
• Respond to urgent and emergency medical situations.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Provide patient education and promote wellness.
• Help ensure a safe, respectful, and compassionate healthcare environment.
