The RAC reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments, coordinating the RAI process, and overseeing Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care to ensure compliance and appropriate reimbursement. This role is vital to maintaining quality outcomes and ensuring regulatory adherence.
