Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; LPN license valid in the state of employment
• Preferably three years of experience in long-term care
• Experience with MDS/RAI process and case management is a plus

Job Responsibilities

The RAC reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments, coordinating the RAI process, and overseeing Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care to ensure compliance and appropriate reimbursement. This role is vital to maintaining quality outcomes and ensuring regulatory adherence.
