Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking LPNs and Medical Assistants to join our Primary Care team. You will support patient care by rooming patients, documenting vitals, and assisting with procedures and immunizations.

Qualifications

• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross required and active.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing or Medical Assistant credential.
• One or more years of healthcare experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and document vitals and visit information.
• Prepare and administer medications and immunizations per clinician orders.
• Perform procedures such as EKGs, bladder scans, and related treatments.
• Complete rooming checks: med reconciliation, refills, allergy reviews, and forms.
• Adhere to applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
