Job summary

Erickson Senior Living at Linden Ponds in Hingham, MA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide clinical care to residents in their neighborhood according to nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living guidelines.

The position offers $34-$45 per hour with shift differentials, a $7,500 sign-on bonus for all shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with a 3% match, on-site medical centers, and ongoing

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Licensed by State as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assess and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR.
• Update care plans as needs change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately.
