Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking an LPN/LVN to deliver hospice nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse. The role focuses on symptom management, family education, and ensuring continuity of care in the home setting.

The ideal candidate will have an active LVN license in CA, OR, or WA and at least 1 year of hospice or home health experience, with strong communication and documentation skills. Knowledge of Medicare guidelines is preferred.
