Job summary

Compassus is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide holistic hospice nursing care in Washington state, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will observe patients, implement the Plan of Care, educate families, and document observations in the electronic health record.

Qualified candidates will hold a Washington LPN license with at least 1 year in acute care; home health experience is preferred. Strong communication and organization skills are essential to collaborate with a multidisciplinary
