Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nevada.
• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing functions of the staff in accordance with regulations and facility policies.
• Review and revise nursing policies in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Plan shifts, coordinate services, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and facility surveys.
• Maintain resident care plans, discharge planning, and daily census reporting.
