Job summary
The Mansion on Main is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our healthcare team in New Albany, Indiana. You will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with doctors and CNAs to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
Applicants must hold a current LPN/LVN license, BLS, and demonstrate strong clinical skills. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth and dedicated support for residents in
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in State
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes
- Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Provide compassionate care, ensuring patient comfort and dignity
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per facility policies
- Coordinate with doctors, CNAs, and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
