Providence Plainview is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for the MedSurg unit. This onsite role supports patient-facing care during night shifts, reporting daily as scheduled, with a $6,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Qualifications include an LVN license in Texas, an accredited LVN program, BLS certification, and at least one year of LVN experience. Must be within commutable distance to Plainview, TX.

• Associate's Degree and graduation from an accredited licensed vocational nursing program.
• Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse licensure upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year of LVN experience.
• 6 months clinical, patient-facing interdisciplinary teamwork.

Required Qualifications:
