Decypher seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for placements at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The nurse will deliver professional nursing care to adults and geriatrics, following established guidelines and procedures.

Candidates must hold an NLN-approved LPN/LVN diploma, have a valid LPN license, and at least one year of acute care experience. The role requires BLS certification, US citizenship, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team operating in a military

Formación

• Education: Diploma of LPN/LVN from NLN-approved program.
• Certifications: BLS through ARC or AHA.
• License: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience: 1 year as LPN with acute care/inpatient rehab exposure.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and care for adult/geriatric patients using nursing process.
• Perform and assist with clinic procedures per guidelines.
• Operate and monitor IV pumps, EKGs, oxygen equipment, and related devices.
• Document accurately and maintain professional conduct with the team.
