• Providing focused nursing care for patients with complex needs by administering medications, managing lines or drains, and assisting with interventions like cardiac monitoring or respiratory support.
• Closely observing patients for changes in status and escalating concerns for early intervention.
• Documenting timely, accurate updates to coordinate care in a high-acuity environment.
• Helping patients and families understand conditions and recovery steps with clarity.
• Collaborating with RNs, providers, and specialists to stabilize patients and guide transitions from intensive care toward recovery.
