Job summary

EGA Associates, LLC is seeking licensed practical nurses for a future contract in New Jersey long-term care settings. The role covers adult, geriatric, and psychiatric patients, requiring BLS certification and a state-licensed LPN.

Under supervision of the Nurse Manager, the LPN will work within a team, demonstrating increasing independence and adherence to care plans while documenting medication administration and patient responses.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered nursing license in a U.S. state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• LPN graduate from a state-approved school.
• VA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing in Long Term Care units for adult, geriatric, and psychiatric patients.
• Demonstrate increasing independence in patient care management.
• Administer and document medications per facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with RN/MD and nursing team; communicate changes in patient condition.
