Job description

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced LPN / LVN that is licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining LPN / LVN licensure in the state of OR to work in the specialty area of Long Term Acute Care (LTAC).

This is a contract position3x8 Rotating schedule.

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) LPN / LVNLong Term Acute Care (LTAC) experience required.
• Current LPN / LVN license within the state of practice.
