Join our team as an LPN/LVN - Licensed Practical Nurse at Ascension, working in the Cardio Heart Rhythms Services department in Tulsa, OK.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time Days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Hospital: Ascension Medical Group
• Location: Tulsa, OK

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician within scope of license.
• Assess patient well-being and contribute to care planning.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and resources.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid LPN license from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Kansas (if applicable).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior clinic office experience.
• Cardiac care experience.
