Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care.
• Monitoring vital signs.
• Observes, records and reports patient's response or changes in patient's condition.
• Assisting the provider with exam/procedures.
• Keeping Veterans advised of delay/wait times.
• Collaborate with team to develop care plans for patients.
• Acts as patient advocate and ensures patient understands content of visit.
