Schedule: Full time, Day shift


Possible Service Locations: will be traveling/servicing around Hesperia and/or High Desert


Pay Structure: Pay Per Visit (PPV)

Required Qualifications:



  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

  • Upon hire: California Licensed Vocational Nurse (Vendor Managed)

  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

  • 1 year Experience in nursing, hospice or related health field.

About the Team


Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.


HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Our core competencies include restorative care, longitudinal care and care through the end of life.
