Distinctive Living in Naples, FL seeks a full-time LPN/LVN for 2:00pm-10:00pm shift to assess resident health status and contribute to care plans at Community Fairways in Naples.

You will work under the Health and Wellness Director, ensure regulatory compliance, train staff, review MARs, and support quality care while maintaining certifications and collaborating with the team in a compassionate, resident-centered environment. Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; LPN/LVN licensure required.
• Minimum one year nursing or caregiver experience in assisted living, home health, or memory care.
• At least six months supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read physician orders and relate to MARs.
• Strong medical terminology and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to speak over phone.

Responsabilidades

• Follow services in each resident's service plan and document changes of condition.
• Communicate resident needs to Health and Wellness Director as needed.
• Provide hands-on care and support resident care plans; review plans for regulatory compliance.
• Train care staff and assist with physician orders review.
• Maintain required certifications and complete ongoing trainings.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and professional behavior with residents, families, staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
