PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Allen is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our full-time nursing team in Allen, Texas. The role involves delivering patient care under an RN’s direction and participating in data gathering and reporting.

You will be expected to perform orders and therapeutic procedures, maintaining age-appropriate care in accordance with hospital policies. A supportive PAMily environment and opportunities for growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in emergency or critical care environments is preferred.
• Experience with vents/trachs/PICC lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the nursing unit.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures on patients.
• Maintain age-appropriate care and adhere to PAM Health policies and guidelines.
